On August 1, 2025, Huadian Green Energy REIT (508016) was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE). The project uses high-quality natural gas power generation assets located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, as its underlying assets, with an issuance size of RMB 1.8945 billion.

As of August 1, there are 48 REITs products listed on the SSE, with a total issuance size of RMB 130.573 billion (including follow-on offerings). The underlying assets span multiple sectors, including clean energy, consumer, rental housing, warehousing and logistics, industrial parks, and ecological and environmental protection, among which 6 REITs products are in the clean energy segment.
