A cash dividend of 0.1477 yuan per share (including tax) was distributed, amounting to 14.646 billion yuan (including tax) in cash dividends, of which 11.713 billion yuan (including tax) was for A-share cash dividends. Agricultural Bank of China disclosed the Announcement on the Implementation of Semi-annual Dividend Distribution of A Shares for 2024. A cash dividend of 0.1164 yuan per share (including tax) was distributed, amounting to approximately 40.738 billion yuan in cash dividends (including tax), of which approximately 37.160 billion yuan in cash dividends was distributed for A-share cash dividends (including tax).
