Huo Ruirong, Vice Chairman of the SSE: Advancing the First STAR Market IPO Project to apply for pre-review

At the 2025 China Capital Market Development Forum, Huo Ruirong, Vice Chairman of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), stated that the pre-review mechanism is progressing in an orderly manner. The SSE has already engaged in pre-communication with several prospective companies and is actively working to advance the first project for pre-review. On June 18 this year, the STAR Market's "1+6" reform policies were implemented, one of the measures is to pilot an IPO pre-review mechanism for high-quality technology-based enterprises.
