Opening-up is a distinct hallmark of China's capital market, and international cooperation is indispensable. We are willing to work with our counterparts to support exploring new models of pragmatic cross-border cooperation between capital markets, empower supervision with technology, activate innovation with capital, and share opening-up opportunities. In that way, we can inject more certainty into global economic development and open up greater space for growth.

——Deputy Director General, International Department, CSRC

Since its establishment, the Shanghai International Centre for Communication and Cooperation between Exchanges (SICCCE) has carried out a series of activities, effectively playing the role of a bridge and platform as a non-profit organization. We sincerely hope that SICCCE will continue to leverage its strengths, actively conduct exchanges and cooperation with capital markets along the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI), and make greater contributions to the development of Shanghai as an international financial center.

——Deputy Director General, Financial Commission of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee

In today's world, technology is reshaping the global financial landscape. Every stock exchange is required to shift from a single trading function to a model with ecological integration capabilities. Traditional exchanges must accelerate their transformation to better adapt to various uncertainties in the near future... I sincerely hope that this Workshop will serve as an excellent platform to promote knowledge sharing among professionals in the exchange industry and to facilitate dissemination of valuable best practices.

——President of SSE & Chairman of SICCCE
