Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Securities Index Co., Ltd announce the upcoming launch of SSE STAR Chip Design Thematic Index and SSE STAR Semiconductor Material & Equipment Thematic Index on July26, 2024, providing more investable benchmarks for investors.

SSE STAR Chip Design Thematic Index selects securities of listed companies on the STAR Market that are involved in the fields of chip design as index constituents. The index is to reflects the overall performance of securities of listed companies in the chip design area on the STAR Market.

SSE STAR Semiconductor Material & Equipment Thematic Index selects securities of listed companies on the STAR Market that are involved in the fields of semiconductor materials and equipment as index constituents. The index is to reflects the overall performance of securities of listed companies in the semiconductor materials and equipment area on the STAR Market.
