Adjustment List for SSE OBOR Index etc.

Because absorption and merger of the Dalian Port (601880.SH) and YingKou Port (600317.SH) will be completed soon, based on index methodology, Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Securities Index Co., Ltd. decided to adjust constituents of SSE OBOR and other indices. All changes will be implemented on the delisting date of Yingkou Port Liability Co.,Ltd. Please see attached for details.
