China-Saudi Listed Company Roadshows Conclude Successfully

Recently, the China-Saudi Listed Company Roadshows were brought to a successful close. Against the backdrop of the China-Saudi comprehensive strategic partnership, the roadshows provided a two-way matchmaking platform for market participants in the two countries' capital markets, bringing in new opportunities for collaboration among listed companies, securities firms, asset managers, and other market participants. Formatted as one-on-one meetings or one-company-to-multiple-investor sessions at a small scale, the event brought together approximately 200 attendees from around 40 companies and 40 investment institutions based in China or Saudi Arabia.

In recent years, economic, trade, and financial cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia has continued to deepen, and interactions between the two countries' capital markets have intensified, emerging as a new driver of high-quality bilateral cooperation. The roadshows were not only a concrete step toward implementing the broader agenda of the China-Saudi comprehensive strategic partnership and deepening practical bilateral cooperation, but also a tangible example of China's efforts to further open its capital markets and support the international reach of domestic companies. By establishing a direct channel connecting high-quality companies in China and Saudi Arabia with cross-border capital, the event helped raise the profile and international recognition of Chinese listed companies in Middle Eastern capital markets.

Going forward, guided by the China Securities Regulatory Commission,the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) will continue to advance high-level opening-up of China's capital markets, deepen bilateral trust and cooperation, promote regular cross-border communications and activities, strive to deliver better services for international investors, tell a more compelling story of China's capital markets, and help global investors share the opportunities created by China's innovation and development.
