SSE Brand Name Drug STAR Leaders Index and SSE STAR Software & Services Index Will Be Launched

Shanghai Stock Exchange andCSI today announces the upcoming launch of SSE Brand Name Drug STAR Leaders Index andSSE STAR Software & Services Index on September 29, 2026.

SSE Brand Name Drug STAR Leaders Index selects 40 securities of listed companies from SSE STAR board and SSE Main Board, which feature higher R&D level and growth rates in the brand name drug sector as the constituents. STAR Board index constituents will receive a higher weight.The index is to measure the performance of brand name drug sector in the above markets.

SSE STAR Software & Services Index selects 40 securities of listed companies which provide products and services related to software development and software services from SSE STAR board as constituents. The index is to measure the performance of software & services industry securities on the STAR board.
